New PBX in Wiking
Proinet delivered enterprise class PBX for Wiking-Graf. We were responsible for providing all the equipment, software and the whole infrastructure.
The installation was done by Proinet exclusively. We delivered the rack mounted 19" PBX server equipped with POTS and ISDN line support. Server supports virtually unlimited VoIP phones also.
Primarily we aimed to upgrade the old analogue PBX which was insufficient for current demands and didn't provided any modern services like voicemail. We decide to build a platform for future enhancements.
Apart from the server Proinet delivered 30 VoIP phones and a few pieces of wireless VoIP receivers. The network infrastructure was extended with necessary access point for wireless phones.
The whole system upgrade was done in record time of 2 days. Most of this time was taken by wiring and rewiring.
