IT services outsourcing
Proinet provides outsourcing of IT administration and support services. Commonly we offer such services as part of product support agreements.
Those services include Service Quality Monitoring and Availability Monitoring.
Those services in most cases are addition to product development and deployment services. They are often related to our products deployed in customers premises, but also can be sold separately. The services we offer include:

The monitoring services are distributed on the systems physically placed in USA and in Poland.
