About
Engineers who stay with the system in production
We have been writing software since the early 1990s. Languages, platforms and deployment models have changed many times since. Our approach has not — a system must behave predictably, and the people who build it must understand all of it.
How we work
We understand the whole stack. The same team designs the integration, writes the code, builds the CI/CD pipeline and runs the cluster it all lives on. There is no wall between development and operations — and no passing the buck.
Tests first, then change. When modernising legacy systems we start with tests that compare old and new behaviour. Only when the results are identical do we switch traffic — gradually, with a way back.
Small steps, fast releases. New services reach production in days, not months — but every release goes through an automated pipeline, health checks and a rolling update.
AI as an engineer's tool. We work with AI agents every day. Not to write more code, but to make room for what used to be "too expensive": full test coverage, documentation, refactoring. We write about it in Insights.
A short history
- 1990s — the first line-of-business applications: production planning, quoting, cost estimation. Some of those clients are still with us.
- 2000–2003 — content management systems and websites. We built our own tools (Perl, Java) and deliberately chose open-source platforms.
- 2006 — telephone exchanges join our portfolio — more precisely, multi-protocol telecommunications servers based on Asterisk. We also start equipping and organising server rooms.
- 2015–2020 — hosting, mail and DNS for dozens of companies; online stores and ERP integrations.
- 2023 — our own bare-metal Kubernetes clusters; modernising a large SaaS platform from JBoss to Spring Boot.
- 2025–2026 — system and process integration, mobile applications, a growing role for AI in software delivery, our own AI models for financial-market diagnostics.
Today our focus is primarily on software: integrations, applications, platforms and the infrastructure they run on.
