What data we process and why

• Contact form — name, email address, company name and message. We process them to answer your enquiry and continue the correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest; for requests for proposal also Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering into a contract).
• Technical data — IP address, browser information and server logs, processed to keep the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep data

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and then for the limitation period of any claims. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting and mail services on our behalf, only to the extent necessary to provide those services. The site and mail run on infrastructure managed by Proinet. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for it to work (for example, remembering your colour theme). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
